Hi, I’m Erika—known in the art world as Erika Cerese—a self-taught abstract artist from South Florida. My love for creating sparked at age five, and ever since, painting has been my sanctuary, my passion, and my way of telling stories without words.

Art is where I find my confidence. For so long, I doubted myself and questioned my path, but the canvas always reminded me of who I am. With every brushstroke, I rebuild that confidence, transforming uncertainty into bold colors, intricate linework, and layered emotion that reflect both strength and vulnerability.

My work has featured in Canvas Rebel and Voyage Miami Magazine, and I’ve proudly hosted my own solo exhibition. My artwork is currently showcased at the Thrive Art District in Fort Lauderdale, and my work was officially accepted to be part of Art Basel Miami 2025, a milestone that reflects the growing recognition of my artistic voice. =)
